Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

GenCreativ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
