At GenCreativ, we want every family to have a positive experience with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals and components.
  • Not show signs of use, damage or alteration.

Products that have been opened, assembled, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Products that have been opened if hygiene or safety cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the item and packaging.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.
